vMOX is looking for an ETL Developer who will design, develop, automate, and support complex applications to extract, transform, and load data. If you have a passion for moving quickly, breaking new ground, and sharing your expertise in a fast-growing, innovative company, this role is for you.

In this job you will:

• Consult with the Business Intelligence & Data Management team to understand and determine the company’s data storage needs.

• Coordinate with BI & DM team to implement all ETL procedures for all new projects and maintain effective awareness of all production activities according to required standards and provide support to all existing applications.

• Collaborate with all users to gather required data and execute all ETL programs and scripts on systems.

• Extract, analyze, and interpret all complex data on all target systems, provide resolutions to all data issues, and coordinate with enterprise wireless analysts to validate all requirements.

• Design, develop, and code the data warehousing system to desired company specifications.

• Develop all data warehouse models and prepare reports for all meta data integration into systems and draft all ETL scripts and prepare required reports for all end users.

• Develop and perform preliminary tests on all ETL codes for system data, analyze and design data mapping techniques for all data models in systems.

• Perform tests and validate data flows according to established business requirements and design specifications.

• Build and maintain Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) within company databases.

• Document all test procedures and system specifications for all ETL processes and prepare required programs and scripts. 

Qualifications for the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

• Minimum three years of experience as an ETL developer.

• Minimum three years of experience in Power BI and SQL.

• Extensive knowledge of coding languages, including Java, XML, and SQL.

• Proficiency in warehousing architecture techniques, including MOLAP, ROLAP, ODS, DM, and EDW.

• Strong project management skills.

• Ability to analyze a company’s big-picture data needs.

• Clear communication skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems. 

Location:

• 100% remote in the comfort of your most effective environment.

Salary:

• The salary range of this position is $100,000 - $120,000 per year.
